Pets are allowed in double rooms or private rooms. They are not allowed in dormitories, if shared with other guests.

Yes, each guest is given a shower towel.

Every bathroom in the hostel is equipped with a hairdryer for guests’ use.

In the shared kitchen you will find a sink with a dish drainer, two electric cookers, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee makers, an American coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils and crockery galore. At your disposal, you will find tea, herbal teas and coffee freshly ground by us.

Yes, luggage can be left in the lockable lockers located in the entrance hall of the hostel. This service is available upon prior notice to the Bamboo staff. You can leave your luggage until 7pm.

Check-in is possible from 3 pm via SELF CHECK-IN: the guest will receive a code to use during the entire stay to access the facility. The code will be sent to the guest after the reservation has been paid for. This code allows the guest to SELF CHECK-IN at any time from 3pm on the day of arrival. The hostel staff is NOT PRESENT TO WELCOME THE GUEST PHYSICALLY, but is always available for information and help via phone and Whatsapp.

Check-out must take place by 11 am.

The staff is available for information by phone every day from 10 am to 7pm.

Just a few metres from the hostel are the stops for public transport, very convenient for reaching the centre and other points of interest in the city. In addition, on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays, night buses run every hour and take you from the suburban terminals to the central terminus in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, with stops near the main nightspots.

In the vicinity of the hostel there are restaurants and pizzerias, a Chinese restaurant, a kebab take away, 24-hour bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy and parapharmacy, a petrol station, a tobacconist’s, a newsagent’s, a launderette, a bank and a market.
